These trademarks, logos and other proprietary graphics may not be used in connection with any other product or service without Mobius Holdings Limit’s express prior written consent.

Product
3.1. All product shots are taken on-the-spot. Due to the photoshooting environment, light source, shooting techniques and artwork requirements, the photos may vary from actual products and distortion may happen. Please note.
3.2. If you are known to have an allergic reaction to a certain ingredient, to ensure peace of mind, please perform a simple skin test when you receive the product. It can be applied on the inside of the arm and next to the ear. Wait for 15-30 minutes. If there is no allergic reaction, it will pass the test.
3.3. Our product contains natural ingredients. For some persons, they may have allergies to certain type of natural ingredients. We recommend you do a skin test on a small area of skin before using the product. Do not use any products on sensitive or damaged areas of skin. We hold no responsibility for any reaction caused by the use of our products.
3.4. Our product contains natural ingredients now and again the color, fragrance, shape may vary. You should well accept this feature before placing any orders.

Return Policy
4.1. Ordinarily, once all orders are confirmed and paid, we will not handle refunds, please be considerate.
4.2. If the product deteriorate and cannot be used, you can contact us via WhatsApp +852 6918 7372 within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will resolve it as soon as possible your problem.
4.3. If you need to exchange the product , please visit the Mobius store after receiving our response to accept the exchange. Address: SHOP B, 1/F, WINWAY BUILDING, 50 WELLINGTON STREET, CENTRAL, HONG KONG
4.4. Product exchange can be replace the product of the same price or higher than the price of the product and pay for the difference.
4.5. We do not accept exchange that are not quality problems, such as: scratched packing, unsuitable, unpleasant smell, color, texture is not favourable.

產品
3.1. 售賣之產品均以實物拍攝，由於拍攝時受環境、光線、印刷及圖片組合的影響，商品實際可能會與實物有些微誤差，敬請消費者諒解。
3.2.如閣下已知對某成份會出現過敏反應，為確保安心，請於收到貨品時候，進行簡單皮膚測試。可塗抹在手臂內側及耳朵下旁邊位置，等候15-30分鐘， 如無出現任何過敏反應則通過測試。
3.3.產品採用天然材料，但對某些個別人士而言，也可能對某些天然材料會有敏感反應，閣下可先試用少許於一小面積的皮膚上作測試，倘若有任何敏感反應，請停止使用。Mobius Holdings Limit不會就使用產品後帶來的任何反應負上任何法律責任。
3.4.產品成分天然，故香味、色澤、硬度也許有輕微差異，顧客購買前須明白並接受此特色。

換貨
4.1.一般情況下，所有訂單一經確認及付款後，我們恕不辦理退款，敬請體諒。
4.2.每件貨品我們寄出前都會仔細檢查及包裝，如因產品變質無法使用，閣下可於收到產品起計的2天內以WhatsApp +852 6918 7372 聯絡我們，我們會盡快解決閣下的問題。
4.3.如閣下需要更換產品，請閣下於收到我們接受換貨的回覆後親臨Mobius門市更換。 地址：香港中環威靈頓街50號華威大廈1樓B室
4.4.換貨可更換同等價錢或比該貨品價格高的貨品並彌補差額。
4.5.我們不接受非質量問題的更換，例如：產品包裝不完美、運送造成的產品損壞、不合用、氣味不喜歡、顏色、質感不是閣下所想等等。
